Changes

Well, that was an eventful couple of years.¹

We’re back in Australia, as of last December. To say that things did not go according to plan would be a serious understatement, and it was a very stressful time for all of us.

But we’re settled back into Melbourne, the kids are enjoying their new schools (one is in high school 😱), I have an amazing new job, and things seem to be going okay. We weren’t able to bring back our cats, which was one of the worst parts of all that happened, but after taking some time to mourn we decided to adopt a new family member.

In the course of migrating this blog (yes, again) I’ve been inspired to start writing more often. I also recently read Matt Webb’s rules for blogging, which don’t seem too hard… right?

So here is my shiny new Astro-powered blog, life is going okay (knock on wood), let’s do this.
